Many mothers lose a sense of themselves after having children. It’s not that you’ve let go, it’s that you’ve been in survival mode, pouring everything into your family while putting your own needs last. This goes far beyond the postpartum stage and can have a lasting impact on your well-being.

Our kids will always come first, but your mental and physical health matter just as much. Taking care of yourself doesn’t mean dropping everything and putting your family second. It means finding balance so your needs are met alongside theirs.

As your coach, my job is to help you navigate those challenges so that you’re not left behind in the process. Always driving the kids to practice? Perfect! We’ll find quick, healthy meals you can prep and workouts you can crush in 30 minutes. Only have 15 minutes today? That’s fine too. Progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistently showing up for yourself regardless of the obstacles. Our kids are watching, and it's up to us to show them a healthy lifestyle.

Not all sports coaches incorporate strength training into their athletes' programs, but they should. Your athlete shouldn’t be wandering the gym aimlessly. They should be shown what to do, watched for form faults, and the program should progress so they’re continually challenged. When free to roam the gym alone, it’s very easy to shy away from the difficult things to stay comfortable, but that’s not how they’ll gain confidence.
Confidence is built brick by brick through structure, discipline, and doing hard things. When your athlete learns to lean into discomfort and sees progress, they’ll develop the confidence and mental toughness that will carry them far beyond the game.

Nutrition Coaching: $100 per. month

For the client who has a training routine and is looking for the missing piece to the puzzle.

Access to our coaching app, including metric tracking and two-way messaging.

Guide containing nutrition basics and recipes.

Online Training and Nutrition: $220 per month

For the client who needs both a training program and nutrition coaching, but isn’t looking for a full hands-on approach.

Nutrition coaching.

3-5 workouts a week based on your goals and schedule.

Access to our coaching app with exercise videos, goal setting, and progress tracking.

Weekly email check-ins. Clients will fill out a check-in form, and I will review the form alongside your meals and completed workouts to provide quick feedback on your progress and necessary adjustments. ​

Online Training and Nutrition (monthly call): $275 per month

For the client who needs both a training program and nutrition coaching, but wants to talk to a coach over the phone monthly.
